By booking an appointment through Busy Bear Cleanings' website you, the customer, hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

You, the customer, hereby give Busy Bear Cleaning permission to withdraw the predetermined amount given on your estimate from your financial institution information provided.
You, the customer, understand that once signed all prices are locked in for a minimum of 12 months.
Busy Bear Cleaning provides basic housekeeping duties for private residents and some specialized duties for airBnB's/Vrbo rentals; as well as commercial business clietns.
Busy Bear Cleaning and its staff DO NOT condone or allow any sort of inappropriate behaviors; such as sexual harassment, bullying, illegal activities, etc. If at any point a cleaner feels unsafe or at risk they are allowed to leave without notice.
Busy Bear Cleaning is NOT responsible for cleaning up any sort of biohazards. Biohazards include, but are not limited to: Canine feces, feline feces, blood of any sort, vomit, urine, etc.

Rescheduling, cancelation, and refund Policies

Rescheduling:

Customer must contact Busy Bear Cleaning directly a MINIMUM of 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. If the customer reschedules with less than 48 before their appointment the customer may be subject to early cancellation fee of $25.00 Exceptions may be made based on whether or not the reason for the reschedule is out of the customers control.

Cancellation:

If the customer must cancel for any reason they must contact Busy Bear Cleaning directly with a 48 hours in advance. If the customer cancels with less than 48 until their appointment they make be subject to a cancellation fee of no more or less than $25.00. As with the rescheduling guidelines some customers may be eligible to have this fee waived.

Refunds:

Busy Bear Cleaning will allow customers to requests refunds for services if they are not satisfied with the work our cleaner(s). Customer must provide pictures of where the cleaner(s) missed things within 12 hours of the cleaner completing the service. Whether or not a full or partial refund is issues is ultimately at the discretion of the supervisor or manage. If a refund is to be issued the funds will be sent back to the form or payment used to pay.
